The Summer Museum Night, which takes place every third Saturday in June, is the largest national promotional campaign of Slovenian museums and galleries, joined by many other institutes and institutions that implement programs in the field of cultural heritage, art, culture and history.

This year’s event will take place in the museum at Zaprice Castle and will be dedicated to Slovenia as a European gastronomic region and another Slovenian symbol – majolica.

Opening of the SUMMER MUSEUM NIGHT IN KAMNIK 2021 and opening of the exhibition MACARONI AND BUCKETS FROM ŠMARCA (museum director Zora Torkar, mayor Matej Slapar and author of the exhibition Marko Kumer)

18.30-19.30

Public guide of the co-authors of the exhibition Saša Bučan and Marko Kumr after the exhibition SLOVENSKA MAJOLIKA with an emphasis on the history of Kamnik ceramics The exhibition was prepared in cooperation with the National Museum of Slovenia (20 visitors – mandatory prior registration on tel. 01 8317 662 or e-mail marko.kumer@guest.arnes.si).

X.U. L. Gašper Selko – trumpet and keyboards. Concert of original music (modern classics, minimalism and electronics)
