Public Guided Tour Dušan Letnar and Art on Postcards

You are warmly invited to a public guided tour led by Saša Bučan and Dušan Letnar

of the exhibitions DUŠAN LETNAR at the Miha Maleš Gallery and ART ON POSTCARDS at the View Gallery,

on Friday, 18 September 2026, at 7 p.m.

Dušan Letnar’s photography is not merely a document, but a quiet dialogue with time — with people, places, and the traces they leave behind. He has presented his work in solo exhibitions as well as in numerous group exhibitions. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Kamnik Photo Club.

Why a postcard? Perhaps as a nostalgic reminder of a time when, from our travels, celebrations, or simply our everyday journeys, we would still send short, handwritten messages. A time when we would pick up a pen to write a few lines of greeting, choose an image that spoke to us, and give someone a moment of our attention.

Sometimes, we would fill the small space with just a few words; at other times, almost an entire story, a fleeting moment from the day, or even a deeply personal thought.
