Improvisation jam

You are invited to an improvisation jam at Miha Maleš Gallery on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, at 6 pm, bringing together dance, music and voice. Through their individual practices, the participants will explore what emerges when they come together in a shared creative process. The jam is not a finished performance, but a work of art unfolding live through listening, responding and embracing the unexpected.

The jam marks the culmination of two days of improvisation workshops, but everyone interested is welcome to join.

You are invited to take part as dancers, musicians or simply as audience members. If your instrument requires amplification or a connection to sound equipment, please let us know in advance. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore the gallery exhibition.

Participants: Rok Zalokar and Lenart De Bock (music), Anamaria Bagarić (movement), Neža Pele, Ajda Špacapan Korenčič and Tanita Rose (Volkulje) (voice and movement).

The project is supported by the Municipality of Kamnik and organised by the Oksimoron Cultural and Artistic Association.
