Dr. Andrej Šemrov: Where did the Andeans mint money in Kamnik?

At least since 1195, Kamnik mentions the Andechs Mint, which was influenced by the mint of the Aquileian patriarchs and the archbishops of Salzburg from Breže in Carinthia. After 1220, it also minted coins with the inscription CIVITAS STAIN. Where was the mint?
